Default Brake Problems

On my girlfriends 92 SSEi the brake fluid goes low about every 1 week. We checked her lines and cant find a leak. Do you know what else might be wrong. Thanks

Thanks a lot for the info... hopefully it is one of these 2 cause it sounds like it wont be too expensive.. and hopefully not to hard to change.
