Default 1995 3800 chuging at 30 mph and having to step on gas to str

:( My brother has a 1995 with a 3800 and I cleaned the throttle plate, idle air control valve, checked the fuel pressure reg to be sure it wasn't junk, cleaned the maf sensor and chgd the fuel filter, plugs and wires and still at 30 mph it feels like its chuging not bucking otherwise it runs fine other than sometimes you have to step on the gas to get it to start. Any ideas

Replace the plugs and wires if you haven't already. Then check to see if you're PCM is malfunctioning. Does it have a hard time starting cold or warm?

I have to agree with Jason on this one.....Sounds like a clogged Catalytic Converter. Get a high flow off ebay for around $60 shipped and get it installed and see if that help your problem. Another idea is maybe a failing fuel pump? Check out this link for the cat that you would need to replace yours with.....Very popular mod for the Bonneville.
