Worse case scenario...try a big old pair of Vice Grips on it - you might get lucky. Or you can heat it up with a torch and try the Vice Grips. At the most you'll be out of a locking lug nut, and they are not that expensive to replace.

A nut splitter might work. Some of the locking lugs are case hardened and you might not be able to get the job done. Just use care and caution or you'll be replacing some studs as well.

You can try, but I don't think your going to get it in there. The problem is, there should be one of those nuts on each wheel. Those also need to be dealt with. And you don't want to do that on the side of the road in pouring rain in the middle of the night. The easiest way is someone with a small portable welder and some bolts. Trust me, when they designed these they thought about all the ways a person would try to remove it.

Me too. Ok I got another one for you. I lost my socket for my standard units set. Apparently I need a 13mm at some point for this, so if I buy a metric set, will that socket fit into my old standard fittings?
