what should be hooked onto the top piece ( windshield washer plug ) if anything?
where does this go? probably need to have an aftermarket intake to seee yours, bc the air box will block your view.

Please continue in your other topic instead of starting a new one every day.
That is your IAT (intake air temperature) sensor, and it plugs into a hole in the rear face of the airbox.
