Heres the data from the scan tool..any ideas?
My first plan of attack is to put the 2.53 pulley back on.
The replacement manifold helped a lot with the smoothness and it feels a bit faster however it is still pulling mad KR.
thoughts?
I'm also going to disconnect the PCM for a while then put the old pulley back on. Could this KR be from a possibly bad PCM? we know its not exhaust leak related.
The car has a hard time starting every time if I have been running it hard, it requires I punch the gas a few times, it also blows a lot of smoke (rich exhaust smoke)....would this be a sign of a failed FPR? its odd how my fuel pressure was in range at idle and WOT.
At 3700 feet and a relitive altitue of 5000ft today with the temps (called local 18th mile track) is it possible to have no KR with a smaller pulley in these temps?
The engine temp was right around 195 btw. going up a slight hill but fairly flat.

I'm looking at what happens between frames 4 and 5. You shift, MAF count goes down, KR spikes instantly... all the while, you are getting leaner and leaner (decreasing O2 voltage). How'* your fuel pump?

Or maybe it'* getting richer and richer... now I can't remember. I do know I can blow some smoke too. My scan tool tells me it is compensating for a lean condition by adding more fuel. Have you checked out the rear manifold?
