Default Some help with...removing side rear view mirror

Hey guys
I`m trying to take of the two side rear view mirrors on my 93 ssei. I`m having some trouble though. I`ve already removed the inner door panels, but all that does is reveal that there are no visible nuts or bolts to remove the mirror. Has anyone here done this? Any advice? Thanks very much guys
Tomas

I can't speak exactly to your '93, but my '97 uses studs with nuts inside the door panel. Under the water guard.
