Default Another TCC soleniod bites the dust

Well I beileve my TCC soleniod took a hike cause I got a major hesitaion in the driving range of 35-45mph and 6 times it started chug when slowing to a stop or stopped but I threw it in to nuetral and it was fine but it stalled once. So that tells me the TCC is still engaged. So my question is should flush the tranny before replacing the soleniod or just replace it? and it says on alldata it will take about 3.1 hours so how much did anybody pay for theirs?
