Brake caliper sticking - brake grabs and releases
93 bonnie 118000 miles. FYI - I have replaced a leaking master brake cylinder and a right front passenger side caliper in the last couple of months. The following problem existed prior to and after the parts replacement. At times the right front passenger caliper seems to stick - whether I am braking or not. Causing the sensation of a drag then release drag then release usually during acceleration but sometimes on deceleration - almost as if the ABS system is pumping the brakes but only on the right front caliper. I can't figure out if this is a warped rotor, bad ABS sensor, or something else?
Any thoughts?

Possibly a bad brake hose and or warped rotors...
The Brake hose is cheap enough it may be worth the time to replace both of the front hoses and see what the results are..

Chatter or vibration = warped rotor.
Grab and let go gradually = collapsed brake line (which can lead to a warped rotor).
I'm with the guy above me. And while you're in there, lube your caliper slides.

87-99 FWD Bonnevilles are under-braked from the factory. They are prone to rotor warping, so be anal.

WHEEL LUG TORQUE:
Clean rotor and wheel mating surfaces very well. Apply a SMALL drop of oil (motor oil is fine) to each threaded stud to allow for consistent torque. Torque all 5 lugs in a star pattern to 80 Ft/Lbs. Then tighten all 5 in a star pattern to 90 Ft/Lbs. Finally, tighten all 5 lugs to 100 Ft/Lbs, again, in a star pattern. This will help fight the dreaded warped rotors the H bodies are notorious for.
