is the dorman unit cheaper than the GM one? Just wondering b/c its probably going to be the only time you will have to change the intake for the life of the car. The one in ours lasted 138k miles before it quit. Did you notice any difference in the car after you cleaned out the TB? How easy was it to remove/clean it?

I'm not sure what the GM intake cost. I didn't really notice any difference in driveability after the install. The throttle might feel a little smoother now after it was cleaned.
