Default couple???

HI all again.
Just tryin to get all my thoughts out before i forget them.
what year cars ELC'* would fit mine, im pretty sure my is junk cause i can here the relay click but nothin happens so im gonna grab one from hte junk yard.
and also how do i find out what transmission i have in my car.one last thing would be the shift kit i would need or the best one for my car, and would the shift kit cancel out the preformance shift or would that still work?

You will have the 4T60E-HD on the SSEi.

On the ELC, have you checked at the compressor for power from the relay? It has been found that sometimes the fuse before the relayed power is bad, also that the relay can click and have carboned contacts that do not relay the power.

I'm pretty sure it'* under the hood in the relay center. Not 100% as familiar with your year.
