That'* because you have to drill the hole yourself. You don't buy it that way except from some performance vendors.

In my opinion, EVERYONE should have at least one tiny hole. It won't hurt anything, and can help burp out air pockets.

there are some oe'* that have a hole. ive mostly seen it in chryslers. the hole has a single ball bearing. that is for the same purpose, right?
