Default 1992 SE won't start, NEED HELP ASAP!!

I have a 1992 SE that wouldn't start. I replaced the battery and it still wouldn't start. I replaced the starter and it started. I started it in my driveway and pulled it into my garage a couple times and it started and ran fine. I tried to drive it to work one day, I started it and it started fine, I put it in reverse and drove 5 feet and it stalled out and hasn't started since. I replaced the fuel filter for the heck of it but obviously that didn't help either. When it died the very first time, it sat for 1-2 months before I installed the starter and started it. Anyone know what I should do? Spraying starter fluid in the throttle body doesn't help either.

DO NOT spray starter fluid into your TB. It can mess up your MAF sensor and possibly create a combustion in your UIM. Bad...

Do you get fuel at the rail? What lights are showing on the cluster? Anything unusual?

I don't get any unusual lights at all. I don't know how to check if I'm getting fuel at the rail.

On the injector rails, you will find a schrader valve (looks like a tire valve stem). It will probably have a cap on it. After you pressurize the fuel system by switching the key on for 10 or 15 sec., then turning power off, you can use a rag and depress the valve to see if you have fuel under pressure at the rail.

You can use this procedure to see if you have any stored computer codes that may point you in the right direction:

I bought a cheap inline (neon) ignition spark tester at Harbor Freight that I use to visually test if I have spark off the coils (plugs inline with one of the spark plug cables at the coil. Get the wife to crank the engine and eyeball it. Or you can plug a spare spark plug onto the end of one of the cables, ground the metal body of the spark plug and watch for a spark the same way. The tester is much better though and I paid less than $5 for it.

Let'* clarify something.

Does it crank but not start? Or not even crank over?
