Is there suppose to be more than one O ring on the PCV valve?
Where would I go to buy the O ring if it'* missing?
I will look in side the old manifold to see if anything is there, I took a quick look this afternoon and I didn't notice anything, but I will take another look.
I seem to remember something about transfering an O ring, but I can't find where I read this!

I did find the other thread that mentioned the smaller o ring.
How will I know if I have damaged the crankcase lip from this vaccum leak?

I'm not an expert but I don't think you have to worry about it. It'* not like you've been running around like this for very long at all. I just wanted to quote a "gearhead" to be sure there were in fact 2 o-rings on the SII engine. I can't tell by your wording if you have a brand new PCV valve on there or not. Maybe a new one would come with all the necessary parts and if it'* the original PCV it might not hurt to get a new one anyway. I'm not sure where you could get a single ring though :?

I'll take a look at this when I get home, I'm sure this will solve my problem!
Thanks for all your help.

That O ring took care of my problem.
My car runs a lot better with the new UIM and a tune up, I don't remember It running this good.
I don't miss that anti freeze air freshener.
