Here'* the one I'd pick up DORMAN Part # 615180
And LIM'* either with a T on the end of the part number (aluminum fel pro) or dealership/intense

Well guys I got all my parts here now and am ready to do this new UIM and the LIM gaskets. Got the intake kit fron RockAuto and the lower gasket set from Intense as ya'll suggested : )
My question is since I have a noisy lifter on the firewall bank of cylinders, would it be best to pull that valve cover now before tearing everything down and see where the noise is coming from? It only became noisy right before I quit running it. I drove it about 10 miles home and the noise quit for awhile but then came back.
Since I knew it was consuming some anti freeze for awhile now, I decided to change everything out. I have read a lot of posts associated with the UIM and LIM gaskets and wonder if I may have hydrolocked the motor and bent a pushrod or something??? Anyways I appreciate any and all help.

The back bank is a real pain. Doing it when you have the whole top end off makes it much easier. At that time you can check the rockers to see if one is loose, and that could indicate a bend push rod.

OK, thanks for the input guys! I did order the valve cover gaskets but no reusable rocker bolts. Do you adjust the lifters like on a sbc? I will have to do a search when I get home from work. Thanks again.

If you need a set of reusable rocker bolts, I have about 5 more sets laying around. Could flip a set at you for $15 shipped priority mail.
Reusable rocker bolts are torqued to 25ft lbs and there is no adjustment for our valves. A nice, easy job of installing and torquing once.

Hey guys, just an update and question. Got the UIM amd LIM removed as per the directions I found in the tech section, gotta say that section is mighty handy!
Next I need to remove the rear valve cover and inspect everything for the clackity clack I was hearing from in there. I am guessing I will remove the rocker arm bolts, inspect each rocker arm, each pushrod for damage and straightness, then how do you remove the lifters on these things? Do they pump up ? Are they hydraulic roller ? I don't have a clue, just want to know what to look for. Thanks guys!
PS Is there a torque setting guide in here somewhere?
