Same ignition problem WTF?!?!? Update!
Ok.. here'* the deal. Had an ignition coil Go bad. Was in a bind, so the dealership replaced it. About 2 days later they go bad again.. makes a fluttering noise. I go home replace all 3.. and it works great..... for about half a day. Then the fluttering comes back. I've had some battery problems........ That'* the only thing i can think of that would help... Anyone got any ideas????

did you check the wires?
a bad plug wire or a bad coil will take out the dis module too. if the current cant make it back to the oposite term. it will come through the back of the module and burn it. it will be very hard to see it but it does happen.

What is the dis module. I'm pretty sure that my spark plugs, and wires are good. I just can't understand why it will work for a day.. then go to crap on me.

the dis module is located under the coil packs. how old are your wires. this system fires 2 plugs at once. when one fires, the spark has to get back to the coil pack it left from on the other plug. it will fire one plug and the other plug on that coil pack will fire backwards to complete the circuit.

So if the fire doesn't get back. It can burn out the a coil. My wires aren't old, but maybe when they get hot they don't carry a charge as well. I'll give it a shot. You don't think it can be a bad dis modual? And if it is... why wouldn't it screw up all the time.

ok... i just checked.. and the very bottom coil... The very bottom terminal is not fireing. what does this mean. I'm thinking that'* the number 1 piston.

Ok.. here'* the thing.. it was the same coil.. same spot. This is the third coil that has stoped working in this spot. They work when i first put them in.. then stop.. but i will do what you said tomarrow.
