HUD
OK. I didnt sell the car. I'm hooked! little things bug me though, such as the HUD. I know that i have to get to the manual control but undoing the lower trim panel doesnt get me anywhere and i am not confident about forcing the wood grain aplicay up and off. (i will if you say its ok) the HUD is too far down the windshield to see when im cruising, it wont adjust. What im asking for is a step by step for an enthusiastic marroon, whoops lol!

the trim panel is only held on with Clips, and pulls right off
the HUD switch is held on be T15 torx or 7mm screws your choice
its very likely that your HUD cable has become stretched OR that its in operable. What you can do is, take the HUD swtich off and manually adjust the cable so you can see it while driving.

Thank you for the response. Does the trim pry straight out or up? Murphy'* law tells me I can do it wrong first. I'm hoping it is just stuck as it will move a small amount but not enough. Thanks again. After this i will post about blower control modules and a failing master cylinder then cooling fans.
