Default (Question Answered) Could we???

We have a 1997 Bonnie SSei and snapped the bolt to the belt tensioner, But live in Germany where it will take at the extreme least a week or more to ge tthe parts needed to fix it... Could we Remove the Super charger Belt and run the car without the Supercharger goin?

Also If anyone has a Spare of this bolt and is will ing to mail it over to me I would love you forever.

yes, you can run without the supercharger belt on the series 2, which you have.

Yes AutoZone does have free shipping for us... Too bad they dont seem to have the part I need. I just ordered a bunch of stuff from them and I will be having to ship some of it back, My Supercharger belt wsa too big ( WE figure out after a while trying to locate the correct tool in Germany to get to where we could take the old one off) I will tell you one thing... I can not wait to be back state side where parts come easy, but I sure am gonna miss Bonnie on the Auto Bahn and the look on the Germans Faces as I pass htem in my Big ol American Car

Anyways thanks for all the help and if Anyone knows where I may be able to find a new Bolt for the tensioner let me know.

A bolt huh... I believe I've got a couple laying around. Shipping isn't an issue either.

Let me look tonight.. I owe a couple things being shipped around here and need to get that done.

Please PM me your name/address/phone number for the customs forms.
