i was wondering because i got into an arguement with the lady at autozone who tried to put an OBD-II scanner to my car and it would not link up. Please tell me what kinda tester/scanner to get for my 94SSE. thanks all!!!

that is exactly what i thought. they have them confused. they keep saying that obd2 came out before obd1 and i keep telling them they are wrong!!! Do they listen, no. they just make people like me go pay at dealership for a scan.

Forget Autozone. This is a typical problem with them. Go to another chain or larger independent auto parts store. Most will scan for free, or cheaper than a dealer.
