Default Transmission'* ready to give up the ghost.

Ive been changing trans fluid and filter every 6 months since I brought her home, even when trans fluid looked new i still changed her.I recently noticed some shudder and poppin and locking and what not.I noticed more so when she shifted from first to second gear.So I decided to head home and pull the pan . When I pulled the trans pan and found how many little chunk'* where in the pan,I chunked in the pan . I removed chunk and put the pan back on,supprisingly she'* still very much drivable . So now im looking for info On the 4T65E years and vehicle compatibility for a donor tranny that will have the same gearing and swap in trouble free. Thanks Pauly.

Thanks for the heads up Bill ,I did see the post earlier but was frightened by the possible shipping charges to Canada . Info on 4T65E years and vehicle compatibility for a donor tranny would still be helpful thanks .
