Default Headlight Spray

The headlight washer on my '93 isn't working...i didn't realise this untill recently cuz i never used it...but i tried it and i heard a buzz from under the hood and nothing happend, i tried it again and i heard a short buzz and i couldn't get it to make any noise or anything after that...so yea...what are your opinions before i go taking things appart

Make sure it'* not actually running and pissing out under the car. Then check for 12V and a ground at the connector when someone activates the switch for you.

I no longer have my 93 manual so I can't verify if the headlights must be on in order for the headlight washers to spray. This is the case in my 90 though.
