Default Exhaust

I have a '95 SC and i'm thinking of replacing my exhaust. I'd like something with a slighty louder note than original but not too loud. Also, should I get a high flow cat or just knock the guts out of the one I have. I'm not to worried about passing emmisions where I live, and I am on a budget. What do you all recommend.

Thanks, ctj
