You've undone the link ends and the bushing brackets I assume.
You probably need to put the car in the air and let the suspension hang to get it out.

Kenn..please call your local fire rescue unit. I think something is leaking in that building and causing you to hallucinate. 
A sway bar is probably over an inch thick of hardened steel. It would probably be harder to cut through it than to slide it out in one piece.

so let it hang, take the wheels off and slide it out?
I should be able to do that. Cutting it off works but I still need to get the 32mm back on there.

I sorta saw it done at one of our MN meets (wasn't paying too close attention). If memory serves right, the easiest way was to pull it out thru the passenger side wheel well. Car on jacks so suspension hangs down and tires out of the way. All I know is it is a close tolerance to squeeze them out from under there. You'll most likely need to do some creative angles with the bar to get it out.
