Yes 5 with a filter change, definately not 6.

A Chiltons or Haynes also give you the exact amount in the "Capacities" section of the book. They give the amounts with and without a filter change.

Erm, I don't know if the L67 is different than the L36, but mine is only 4.5 quarts. putting 5 in there will put you WAY over the hatch marks on the dipstick. Heck, in my L36 you can put 4 quarts in and you're in the "full" range.
