If it starts, then dies, it'* not Vats (or passkey). Can you pull codes?

I've been thinking more about this. It'* sounding to me like a fuel delivery problem. Do you hear your injectors ticking? Verify you have spark as you crank, just to be sure.

you were correct on your first guess , it was the passlock after 4 hours I finally figured out aloong with the help of Chris west how to totally bypass the passlock it started up and runs fine.
Only thing is I am about to decide it ran better with the N/A chip from the oldsmobile, it idles smoother with the correct chip but it did seem to have more power with wrong chip, It does not seem that the Jet chip makes anydifferance either, did you have to drive your awhile befor you vcould notice a differance????

With a stock PCM only, it may take quite a few starts to figure everything out. My Jet took about 100 miles before it settled in. It raised the rev limiter and top speed limiter right away, but the throttle response, shifts, etc. took some time.

Man something has to give it is extremely sluggish, it shifts reallly hard but it is like it almost falls on its face after it shifts. Im going to leave everything alone for nowjust keep driving it maybe hopefully it will relearn everythign and straighten out.....totally eliminating the passlock would not have anything to do with performance would it??? Wasnt series 2 the only one that had"limp home mod"?

We do have a limp mode for 93. What'* the top RPM or speed you can safely acheive?

And what'* NOT stock in your drivetrain (sensor/component)? Exactly what cars were donors for your L67 and Chip? Do you have any codes stored yet? Let'* go back to square one on this. We'll get it

everything came from a 93 Bonneville ssei ,93 ecu , 4t60e. Only changes is I have the mini afc2.0 95 tb and sc.
Other things I have noticed is my vac idling now is around 20lb?
I have a problem wiht ti idleing for a few min it wants to lean out and does not try to readjust, engine wants to die unitl i give alittle gas, (bosch O2 sensor)
Drivability is fine except when I accelerate real hard it hesitates for a sec. then goes shifts real hard but kind of falls on its face for a sec then goes on again.

Sounds like overboost protection. Especially if you're idling at 20. Have you tried the overboost bypass trick?

I readjusted the boost solinoid. and i took the V shaped vac line off and put a cap on the lower switch where the wires go into. I took the Jet chip out it seems to drive better. I am going to try and drive it with just factory chip in it till maybe it learns what it needs then add jet later.
I have only had the running lean issue since I got the correct chip in it..
I set the afc2.0 @ 110 across the board it does fine for a bit at idle then drops lean and comp does not readjust till i give it gas. but it runs alittle too rich @ WOT.
