Default traction control

:? I'll try again. The car is a 1996 Bonneville with 157000 miles on the odometer It has a rebuilt Advance engine in it with about 30,000 miles on it,also I put a rebuilt pse supercharger on it back in july and a new fuel pump in october. It used to blister the tires before i put the supercharger on it . the reasion why I think it is the traction control is because the brakes used to apply when the t/c light was on,now they don't. also timing drops to 6 degrees reguardless if the t/c light is on or off. at crusing it is at 32degrees I know because I used an obd2 monitor from my mechanic the super charger is producing 6 to 7 pounds of boost. Do you need any more info please let me know
