I have michlin piolets and I wont be going getting them again, they wear too quick. I had a set of Dunlops before and I liked them bit louder than the michlins but great traction and good wear, nice and even.

I've got Goodyear Viva Touring on my 99 and they're real nice. They provide excellent traction and are reasonably priced. I picked up a set of 4 at WalMart for $400. They're rated to go 70,000 miles. Only complaint is that they're kind of noisy at higher speeds.

I've got Bridgesone'* and I really like them. Of course I've not had the opportunity to test them in snow but they do real well in rain.
