tips on 92' egrless bonneville
could someone give me some tips on keepin the engine cool. is there somethin i can remove from the throttle body hose to get more air in?

you have the Alum, upper intake, that dosent accept the EGR, along with a front mani that dosent have the EGr tube. then you must deal with the wiring issue

A CAI and a 180* 'stat are sensible mods.
The question is: Why are you asking about cooling the engine more? Not that it'* a bad thing to do, but is there a specific reason you are asking?
You could always run air intake pipes up from under the rad to blow on into the engine bay (it'* been done), but it only really helps at highway speeds, when you least need it.
You can put hood vents in or buy a cowl style hood.
The question still remains...what is your intent?
