Default Car choking after replacing supercharger?

Hey peeps,

So we started the big work on my car, replacing the supercharger, smaller pulley, full tune-up, changed the thermostat, sparks, wires, PCV valve, O2, cleaning TB, injectors, fuel lines everything....
Exept now we have a problem; when i turn on the car, it roars really nicely, but then after a couple seconds RPM keeps going down and then the car chokes like it was dying, then jumps back up to 2000, then 2 seconds goes back down choking, goes back up, and keeps going like that...
when i give it some gas it stays on and evberything is good, but when i let go after a couple seconds it starts choking again
we just replaced with new fuel filter, we checked and fuel pump is good, regulators seem good, most of the vaccum hoses have been replaced because we had some cracked ones...everything seems to be in order....what could be the problem?

Did you unhook the battery to reset the PCM?

Are you sure you don't have any vacuum leaks?

yea we unhooked the battery for the whole process, i think the PCM is reset :P and for the vaccum leaks, we did hav esome before but we replaced most of the rubber seals...
there WAS something we found, on top of the supercharger (shown on image) the gasket was broken...would that be the cause?

Yeah, that one would cause a big vacuum leak.

It really sounds like a vacuum leak. Let us know what happens! Remember that you can use a can of throttle body/carb cleaner to check to vacuum leaks. Have a friend hold RPMs constant (since yours is surging) and then spray anything that sees vacuum, including intake gaskets. If you hit the leak, the engine will respond, usually bogging slightly.
