Default time for a tuneup

Well is the summer again and time for the yearly tuneup, anyone have any suggestions of plugs that I should use, im changing the fuel filter, o2 sensor, pcv valve, cleaning the cai intake filter, flusing the rad, cleaing the brakes, and probably to oil, i use all ac delco products on my car but if there are any other products out there that are better let me know,

Plugs -- NGK TR55. I've used two sets and absolutely love them. They're great. And, relatively cheap. $1.98 each at Advance.
