Put about 300lbs in the trunk and see if it raises itself up like it'* supposed to.

Get power to the pump and see if it comes on to verify it works. There'* three wires, Exhaust solenoid power, Pump power and Ground.

You need to do some experimentation to see what exactly isn't working.

Disconnect the level sensor rod and rotate it fully in the loaded direction to see if it senses.
Mine stopped working once and I did this. Rotated it in both direction fully a few times. It has been working ever since.

Check for open circuits.
If it still doesn't work, remove the pump and power it separately to make sure if it works or not.
Try taking it apart if it doesn't. Nothing to lose and you may learn something.

The pump is very simple, 12v motor, direct connect crankshaft, 1.5" bore, reed valves. If anything, I would assume the motor would be the first to go.

I've got them for the whole system.

Does the pump motor turn on?
