Ok, we'll work on the important thing of getting the car to move first.

What if anything has been done to the car itself?
When the trans was rebuilt, was it done recently? How many miles ago?
Did the car drive fine after the rebuild?
Have you checked the transmission fluid level?

Check the ABS fuse, check the wheel spin sensors. That should deal with the ABS problems.

yes, the car drove fine. it has maybe 700-1000 miles on the rebuilt engine. does the traction off keep it from accerating faster? the car is driving.
