Default Bad rear door actuator questions

First & foremost I just replaced supercharger coupler (zzP) and would like to thank all contributors for the great information. Had no clue on what the noise was, thought it was a loose nut inside, and how to fix. Smooth and easy fix....so thanks to all for the info.

The problem I have now is that both rear doors are "locked" closed. I have both interior panels off and have found that both door actuators have a broken plastic piece, not sure if this is what is refer to as the "bumper" or not. This is the piece that both ext. & int latches "push" on at the actuator to release claw. I have had no luck figuring way to release door to remove actuator....need some advise.

1. Is it correct the broken pieces are the "bumpers" that need replacing.

2. How to get door open to replace actuators.

Thanks in advance.
