I rev'ed it up in Park and Neutral Today, and it went all the way to 5600 before I let off. It was still going too. MY COMPUTER MUST HAVE GONE BAD, CAUSING NO REV LIMITER...AHHHHHHHHH

Scan first to see if the Tack is way funky... I believe it is...
I don't think the PCM or Mem Cal is bad...
And you can tell when you over rev a 3800 in gear, its something you can feel..
If you really want another PCM find a 93 H body with the same engine and Gear ratio so that you can have both the PCM and Mem Cal but I don't believe thats your problem..
I believe the park limiter is 5200 on the 93 L27, and fuel cutoff is 5600.. As well the PCM should not let you shift much past 5200 in the first place... And the 3800 isn't going to go through the revs that fast at the speeds you were doing...
The Scantool info will be the deffinite answer.. Anything beyond that is a guess
