Sending unit: In the fuel tank (if we're talking about the thingy that drives your gas gauge)
Pressure Regulator: On the fuel rail, top of the engine. Remove the plastic decorative top cover of the engine and you should see a little round canister on the fuel rail, with a vacuum line attached. (Do not confuse it with a similar gadget having a plunger rod coming out the bottom.) If you're trying to track a problem with warm re-starts: with the engine _off_, pull the vacuum line off the regulator. If it pees gasoline at you, replace it; its diaphragm is leaking gas into the vacuum lines.
Relay: In the Maxifuse/Relay Center on the firewall, although unfortunately I cannot remember which one it is.

If you plan on monkeyin with the fuel pressure regulator, open the gas cap, and depressurize the fuel rail/lines via the schreader valve located on the fuel rail...located in front of the upper intake manifold if my memory serves me correctly... :?
