Default swapping power driver/pass. seats

My driver seat is very worn, with holes in the leather. The passenger seat is fine. I'd like to swap the passenger seat to the driver side, and then take the worn seat to an upholsterer. Is it possible to swap the seats? The inspection I've done lookes like it will work. (all seat controls are in the center console). The only problem I think there might be is the actual seat supports, they _might_ be different due to the differences in the floor sheet metal.

comments appreciated,

Thanks,

Jason
