Oh yeah, struts, sorry. I completely forgot to update that part regarding all the confusion...
I didn't get a reply here by the time I took it in, so I went in and asked him to show me exactly what he would be replacing. Struts are good now. The ones that were on it were still the originals from factory, and boy were they a mess (you will notice I referred to these earlier as 'shocks'). I knew something didn't sound right when I heard "shocks and struts" when he came out he told me that there were no shocks on the car, so I only paid for struts.
I promise I didn't get ripped off this time! Just forgot to update my post, lol.
