Default Sun Visor

I'm trying (and failing) to pull off the passenger side sun visor to send another member here. I got the mount that the arm swivel is in (toward the outside of the car) but I can not figure out how to get the other mount that the visor just clips into (toward the rear view mirror). Tried pulling, twisting, sliding and I see no screws. What'* the trick?

Also, is there a connector for the vanity lights in the visor? The wires go up into the headliner; do I have to take it down to get to a connector?

There should be a pushpin in the center support. The connector for the lighted vanity mirror is up in the headliner. Remove the A-pillar trim and slightly lower the headliner to get to it.
