Power Steering Fluid Check
Hey, guys, I cannot figure out how to check and add fluid to the steering! I just spent several minutes looking in the engine bay and don't see anything even resembling what I think a power steering pump looks like. Where is the pump? How do you check the fluid? Thanks,

On my SE, N/A its right at the left hand corner of the motor near the firewall looking from the front of the hood, right next to it closer to the nose is the altenator. Big white letters on cap Power steering, right below the strut tower bar, pops right out at you, just checked the service manual, yours is in the same spot, right above the SC pulley

The pump is way down below the alternator, passenger side, firewall side of the engine.. A hose runs from the pump then behind the engine near the rear valve lifter cover, then over to the ps fluid reservoir. The reservoir is mounted to a black metal bracket near the back of the throttle body. The reservoir is a black rectangular part (kinda small) with a black twist-off lid.

I didn't really notice any tanks other then the one on the PS pump ( that I normally would see on any car ) and didn't see any other hose connected to the tank itself.. unless it'* fed thru some other line to the PS pump stead of to the tank.. got pics? This would be beneficial to me and others

i have a 95 N/A SSE and the resevoir is right behind alternator as well, careful though you may do this when the engine is warm but you might burn yourself! ive done it many times, if your a little on the wussier side wait til it cools,
too bad it wasnt right on top it would make it so much easier
