Using my '95 SLE as a reference. Open the hood. Go to the passenger side. Look down and to the left. The biggest pulley on that side is for the power steering pump. The reservoir sits on top of the pump. The cap is down about a foot from the top of the engine and is really hard to see, but it is there.
