Okay, whenever I get into boost, the blower whine stutters or flutters, and my acceleration is turds....
changed plugs, wires, oil, air filter, and it'* still there.
the car is a 1993 Buick Park Ave Ultra 3.8 */C.

Are you experiencing high RPM'* with bad acceleration? Also do you have a check engine light on?

Obtain a scantool and check for KR (Knock retard). You most likely have cracks in your Exhaust manifolds causing KR which makes the car flutter when getting into the boost. Usually the flutter is the PCM dumping boost.

Where do I get a scantool and how much are they?
I do work at a Gm dealership, so I'm thinking they might be able to help me out too.
