Default ughh. CELs again

this has happened to me before, and i made a thread about it but never really got an answer... today, my CEL and "traction off" lights came on at the exact same time again... code P0131 - 02 sensor signal too low, and P0703 - Brake switch failure.
these always come on at the same time, and usually when i have been sitting still, with some weird key combo (going from ACC to IGN ON to ACC again, or just turning the ignition on without starting the car. the brake switch failure code has only shown up once while actually driving, though i suppose that could be coincidence. This seems really odd to me, as i don't see what these 2 codes have to do with each other..

any suggestions? 02 sensor is new

Default codes

Multiple (ghost) codes that don't make sense are usually a faulting connector. PCM or PCM harness. First place to start is remove the connectors and clean and tighten up on the sockets. Sometimes just putting the PCM connector on and off a few times corrects the matter.

you've got a '95? It'* probably your PCM. '95s are known for their faulty PCMs
