I like the look of the 96-99 Headlights with the clear lens. I was wondering if it'* possible to install these on a 94 bonneville without much modification? same goes for the rear tail lights as well.

rear tails requires a changing the trunk lid. It has been done before.
Fronts require atleast a new grill.
do a search, it has been discussed a few times fairly recently

you dont "have" to change the grille....you can run the 96-99 headlights with the 92-95 Grille.....the 96-99 are not a simple bolt in swap to the 92-95 car tho....you also have to consider that the corner lights are also different for the respective years

trunk swap:
And here mine is in white: http://bizio.homeftp.org/geoff/bc/DSC05993/DSC05989.JPG
Requires the following parts:
trunk lid and hinges from a 96-99
all three tail light pieces
screws for 96-99 trunk lock
lock shaft for 96-99
Those are all the parts you need. Then it is just removing all the old parts and installing the new. This is atleast a 2 person job since you'll need atleast 2 people to get the trunk on and off, preferably three. It is easy to do, just requires time.
