Default Code 58, pass-key fuel enable circuit?

I've been living with this error code appearing occasionally on my '92 SSE */c ever since I bought it 5 years ago.

Have any of you ever had this error code and found a fix for it?
As far as I know, this error has never tripped the SES light or caused any drivability issues, but I'd love to find the cause and fix it...unless it means disassembling the passenger side of the dash to reseat the connector to the pass-key module. On a side note, this car has had a rough idle since I've owned it (idle RPMs are around 750 and steady) but that'* another problem that remains unresolved...

By the way, I also own a '93 SSEi and have never seen error code 58 stored on that car.
