Fog Bulbs
I have a 2000 SE. I'm getting new bulbs for my foglights, and I'm not quite sure how to replace them. Do you pull the bulbs out from behind (under the hood)? Or do you pop the whole bulb/reflector unit out the front before taking the bulb out? Either way, could someone give me at least semi-detailed instructions on how to change the fog light bulbs?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Remember I have a 93, but they're proably the same lamps. The bulb just twists out....just make sure you don't get finger grease on the glass part of the bulb! I can access mine with the hood up by reaching down in front of the rad. Are you just replacing the bulbs with OEM, or did you find something better?

Right. Finger grease is bad. That very well could be the same process that I need to do. Although, I imagine your fog lights are towards the center of your bumper so reaching in front of the rad is easy. On the 2000 SE, the fogs are out in front of the wheels, so it seems as if I'd need to remove my headlamps to reach them.
...and yes, I'm getting something (hopefully) better. I'm getting some Xenons. I'm also getting them for my headlights too.

OK. I've got a plastic shield under the front of my car. :? It'* kind of a hassle popping the attaching plastic bolts in and out to remove it. Is there any easy way to do that? Or am I just sentenced to using the might of my own two hands?

Your fog lamps should be 880 series lamps. You can replace these with 894 series lamps which are much easier to find in Xenon Plasma. They will probably be 50W vs. the stock 27W, but big deal, a little brighter. Plus it is a lot cheaper and easier and jury-rigging the Blazer Tech lamps to fit your car.
