Default Do I need really a Swage tool to crimp...

I bought the Inner CV Joint Boot to replace, I notice that comes with two steel braces and I was wondering if I need the small swage tool for the small brace of the boot... For the large brace, I need the earless and eard clamp tool, also the snap ring pliers.

What'* the difference and do I really need all of them?

One of them has the fitting for a torque wrench the eard clamp tool.

Thanx
