Default squeaky brakes

I changed my front brakes with autozone'* $20 brake pads and replaced the front right rotor since it needed to be resurfaced. I bought the $16 rotor from pepboys. Now I hear nothing but irritating squeaking when braking. Does anyone know what I can do about this instead of buying a better rotor.

First, I'd like to warn you about buying only one rotor. Although we know sometimes it'* not an option to buy two when groceries are needed.

Most likely the problem is the cheap pads and until they either break in or you go deaf, you'll hear that noise.
