Your car has either one or two connectors. Both of these were probably too short in harness length to see properly when aligning. If you didn't forget a connector, and because of the 'blind' assembly, it'* possible you didn't have it completely aligned when you pushed it back together. My maintenance manual (Chilton) is very specific on this point for your year of car. Check for proper engagement of all connectors, and bent pins. If all this fails to fix the problem, I'm thinking something electronic is going on.....you might want to disconnect your battery for several minutes and then re-connect it.

Good luck.

Wilwren'* probally right, if it worked before you took it out then you probally got a loose or disconnected connector on the back of the cluster.

Good. You owe me one. Come over Sunday and help me change my PMV so I can get my ABS working again.

Glad I was right even more than I was glad I could help
