Default Spark Plugs ?

I want to know what to torque the plug at and i understand there are several factors such a tapered, gasketed, aluminium head or Iron head, and size of plug that affect this.

11 ft-lbs, says my 93 FSM. I never torque them, i just give em a somewhat firm twist of the wrist on a small ratchet.

That'* what I was always taught. Hand tighten 'em (socket and extension), the pop the ratchet on and give 'em a quarter turn. Done...
