Default Yes another AC? temp fluctuation, is it common?

I know this has been beaten to death, but I have to ask.......

I have air blowing out my vents, but I don't think it is A/C air is cool enough.
In the morning hours when the outside temps are around 70-80 degrees, the air is so cold in the car that I have to adjust the temp up.
By late afternoon the temp out here where I live is usually 110 degrees, and the air is not cold but not warm either. Could it be too hot for it to work properly, I don't have this problem with my other car (caddy)?
I took the car in to a place to check it out, he hooks his machine hose to the fitting on my car tells me that the system has good pressure and LOOKS to be full of refrigerant.

What do you think?

Default Hi

Nick, mine always seems warmer in the summer. Not sure why. Could you recirculate door be stuck open or closed or something lile that? Being I lived in Tucson, I know our cars literally BOIL. Its not as hot here, but the humidity is always high. So it feels hotter ... Good luck

I just had my AC compressor changed and the freon done right up. Sitting here in warm traffic it didn't do a super job, but it was working. One thing our 134 systems need is about 1000-2000 rpms to compress and cool better.

I agree with that, I have found that as long as I am moving along, the cooler it seems to get. When I finally reach the freeway and start picking up speed then she seems to cool even better.

At the same time...the 97 is black...worst color in the world. Shows every speck and heats like mad in the summer.
