Most companies wont take off liability, but will take off comprehensive. Just drop the comprehensive and drop the liability down to state min.

If I drop comprehensive I'm screwed if it'* damaged from weather or vandalism. Though it may only be off the road for a few weeks, I don't want to take that chance. Plus comprehensive coverage if only $90. My bodily injury is $400, and it'* the lowest possible limit I can have.
